Ali Moussavi

President & CEO

Ali Moussavi is responsible for identifying and structuring international opportunities and partnerships. Prior to joining GLHV, Moussavi had a career in investment banking, raising capital and focusing on mergers and acquisitions and international business development.

Moussavi has substantial experience and knowledge in global expansion. For the past five years, he has acted as corporate advisor to several U.S. companies, structuring financial and business reorganization plans and assisting in the global expansion of clients’ consumer and/or investment bases. His experience in creating online media destinations and connections with medical facilitators is pivotal in GLHV’s venture in the medical travel industry. He holds a B.A. from New York University.

Ari Rashti

Vice President of Global Strategies

Ari Rashti is instrumental in formulating and executing long and short-term strategic decisions, alliances, and visions. He brings an entrepreneurial perspective to the company after successfully launching two businesses, a call center solutions company in the telecommunications industry and a division for an asset based lender in the financial industry. Rashti has played as a consultant for both public and private entities in developing investment portfolios, private placement memorandums, valuations, reports, and agreements. His knowledge of business development and understanding of competitive business practices are valuable to the Company’s strategies and implementation in the medical travel industry.

Rashti is currently obtaining his MBA at the University of Southern California, where he holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship.
